 Nursing Home Claims  In the last decade we have successfully closed over 100 nursing home claims in negotiated settlements, mediations, arbitrations and trial. There are few firms which can claim to have tried or arbitrated more nursing home cases before juries than ours.

 Nursing Malpractice   We regularly represent parties in nursing malpractice claims outside of the context of nursing homes.

 Dental Malpractice  We regularly represent dentists and endodontists in malpractice lawsuits, as well as before the Virginia Board of Dentistry.
